Failure to provide at least 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total service cost. No exceptions will be made.

No-Call/No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a fee equivalent to the total cost of the scheduled service.

Confirmation Requirement: It's essential to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to confirm within this timeframe will be considered a cancellation, and a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be applied.

Grace Period: We value your time, and to be fair to all clients, we allow a 5-minute grace period for each appointment. If you arrive later than 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and our cancellation policy will be enforced.
